I’m not holding my breath but…
I got an email saying that the back pay I’m owed (about $1100) should come in 10 days. No word on the respite or mileage, but hey, I’ll take what I can get at this point.
Of course, I was also told it was coming in July, so……..
AND..
I just got two third row orchestra seats to RENT! Which I’ve never seen live, despite my blog name and my RENT love.
Did you read that right? TWO! Two tickets. I get to go on alone date, to RENT, with Geo. I can’t even get five minutes alone to go the bathroom most days!

AWESOME! Rent is actually the only thing I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen it twice. (I think you know why.) Naturally, I’m sure you’ll love it.
So, which is more exciting, the email or the 3rd row Rent tickets and the ALONE time?

you are going to love it! especially if you already know all of the lyrics by heart (which I’m sure you do?!) I’ve seen it six times, but strangely, only once in NY–the rest has been mostly in Michigan . . .

Oh, how exciting to be seeing Rent live! I’ve only seen the movie, and have heard that the stage version is fairly different, so I’d love to see it someday.

Actually, it’s good to hear about a new anti-ant weapon. The last time we set out those traps, the gooey poison stuff leaked out of of one, all over the kitchen and floor. I’m just glad I discovered it before my daughter did.
I HATE ants! And it’s been so dry here they’re all coming inside looking for water….
