Good

I forgot to mention this in my other post…

Snowbaby has finally started to respond to the question, ”How are you?” by saying, “good.”

Except she thinks that “good” is an appropriate answer to most questions.

I just went to the bathroom and she started pounding on the door.

“Who is it?” I asked.

“GOOD!” she replied.

remind me how old she is? Does she have her molars? These are not relevant to anything really, in case you were wondering. Piper is 15 months and doesn’t have her molars…..

LOL… When we used to ask my little niece how old she was, she would say “good”. “How old are you?” “Good!” “No, how OLD are you?” “GOOD!” Babies are so weird!

When Cateyes was smallish, she’d answer you with her answer in English or Spanish, depending on what she felt like.

  4. Cricket Says:

    Good.

EGads, I can see how you would just love on these kids and keep your arms open for them if they ever need to come back to you. I really do hope that they can stay though, maybe with open visiting with their mom… if you think that is good. They just open up and bloom with you. And they so obviously are attached and secure there. Good. Yup, very good. And now with all those big sisters! :D

I’ve been reading your blog archives since yesterday when I found it through the Thursday Thirteen list. When none of my regular blogger peeps are posting, I go browsing other blogs. I am easily bored by many blog authors’ writing (including my own, haha) but was instantly drawn to yours. I don’t know if it is that I was adopted when I was young (by my paternal grandparents) that draws me….I don’t know if it is that I have a husband and three kids that all have ADHD….and now my oldest son has been diagnosed bipolar…I don’t know if it’s just that you are a good person with a good soul and it shows. I think it’s a little bit of all of that and more.
I had so much I wanted to say about so many of your posts, but decided just to add you in to my favorites and comment a little at a time. Thank you for sharing this blog with the world. I feel like a better person just for having read it.
