Repeat, difficult patients. Make yourself visible on your floor. Get to know your employees. Adios the problematic employees. The culture does not take lunch breaks. It is systematic and an endemic issue. The Frontline management is subpar! You are paying way too much in benefits and having way too much employee turnover because of frequent hiring of new staff that is unnecessary! Also they significantly cut tuition reimbursement yet they want advanced degrees.

Management is difficult to work with and sometimes bully employees. I've heard multiple stories and even been subjected to mistreatment myself. I'm threatened with HR just for asking basic questions, so I'm scared to go to them for help.
