I wore legwarmers back in the day - child of the eighties. I'm confused about Buglegs. I'd like to buy some for my little princess but I want to make sure I understand first. Can they be worn under a skirt in place of tights when it is cold? Is that there purpose now? Cause you know how we wore them old school - scrunced below the knee, over the jeans.
