I subscribe to a group called Indigo Adults. People have been discussing their problems sleeping lately. The general consensus is that there are some big changes coming throughout the world. Anyone who is sensitive to it is being disrupted. Have you noticed any strange dreams, perhaps more violent than usual? Some recommendations. If you can get some chamomile oil, and place it on your feet, you should find it easier to sleep and relax at night. Assuming there is an issue lol :-) Feel free to drop me an email if you want to talk about this more or anything. Something to think about…
