Thursday Thirteen
1. Grey’s Anatomy. Oh Patrick Dempsey. How I love your hair and your little smile. (Call me!!)
2. Ellen. She cracks me up.
3. American Idol. I can barely stand to hear you people talking about it.
4. Court TV. I could watch Court TV all day long.
5. Bowling on ESPN. This was my Sunday show.
6. Hannah Montana. It gave me some kid-free time.
7. The Letterman Show.
8. The Weather Channel. I like weather. I could have been a weather lady, but I don’t like to stand outside during hurricanes.
9. The Girls Next Door. This is my guilty pleasure.
10. All the shows on TLC. Trading Spaces…While You Were Out and so on. I could watch that channel for hours. Matter of fact, any reality show. I left a bunch out because they aren’t on right now and really..I can’t think about missing Survivor and The Amazing Race and all those. I might have a break down.
11. Desperate Housewives. I want to be Bree, minus the craziness.
12. Saturday Night Live. Even though it sucks most of the time.
13. 360 with Anderson Cooper. (Hey Anderson, CALL ME!) (Just kidding Patrick, I love you!) (Seriously Anderson, CALL ME!)

I’m not into many of these shows, but if I couldn’t watch Lost, Heros, Amazing Race, Survivor, or The Apprentice, I definitely would lose it. I wish you luck in coping!
Happy Thursday to you!

I don’t think I could take no tv. At one point I used to watch almost nothing on tv, but there’s too many shows on now I watch. Letterman is on right now.
My 13 are up.

How about if we all tape the shows and send them to you to watch anytime you want! Can’t you get things online now, like through nexflex or somewhere? I think I heard something on the news about that, don’t even have to wait for the mail to arrive!
Anyway, I laughed alot with Idol the last few nights. You are much better sining Tea Pot!

Whoa. TV. I’ve sort of forgotten what that thing is. Too much to read, too many blogs to visit — and books to write! Something had to go. It was the TV.
Happy TT!!

My two and a half year old is to busy trying to lick the dog, stick his whole head in a light socket and use the stove for me to be able to watch TV.
I miss the warm glow of the set. MMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmm TV.

We’re hooking ours back up next week cause Dave is tired of getting Heros and Grey’s updates at work when he can;t watch them, lol.
January 18th, 2007 at 7:22 pm
hahaha! I am SOOO glad I relegated the tv to the bedroom (and seldom turn it on except for movies, and now exercise). I have NO idea what I am missing, and I don’t care. yay!!!!! But you can have way more fun social conversations with people about tv shows. Not even knowing the names of the shows, let alone the actors, or the plots, let alone the injokes, can be a bit limiting.

You aint missing a darn thing on SNL anymore. And Mrs Duck shares your love for Anderson. She was just so excited when he ran past her in the lobby of a hotel while we were on our honeymoon. I was concerned she might follow

I can’t imagine how sad your poor cold, lifeless TIVO is

Great shows. I, too, love Grey’s Anatomy, anything on TLC, and Hannah Montana. My daughter is six (we call her Bug - haha) and she’s just getting into that age group of tv shows.
We went without tv for a year and a half so I sympathize!
